Hyundai/Kia Motors Lawsuit

On January 4, 2013 Tostrud Law Group filed a class action complaint against Hyundai Motors America and Kia Motors America alleging that both automakers had inflated the EPA fuel economy ratings of many of their new 2011-2013 model vehicles, and misled consumers through an extensive nationwide marketing and advertising campaign. Pew Research Center

Facebook Shareholder Derivative

On July 5, 2012 Tostrud Law Group, P.C. filed a shareholder derivative claim against Facebook, Inc. and certain Facebook officers and directors. US Bank Announces Overdraft Fee Settlement
