Jon Tostrud
Mr. Tostrud received his B.A. from St. Olaf College and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. He is licensed to practice in California and Minnesota, as well as numerous United States District Courts.
His passion for, and focus on, employee rights is the direct result of cases he prosecuted on behalf of so-called “store managers” against two large coffee companies.

Anthony Carter
Mr. Carter received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J. D. from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rodgers College of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state of Virginia.
After years working as a writer in the entertainment industry, Mr. Carter now focuses his energy on class and collective actions seeking justice for employees and consumers nationwide.
