On July 31, 2013, Plaintiffs issued notice to approximately 5,000 past and present hourly employees of University Medical Center of Southern Nevada pursuant to Judge Gordon’s Order dated June 14, 2013.

Judge Grants Notice Motion in UMC case
On June 14, 2013, United States District Court Judge Andrew P. Gordon issued an Order (attached HERE) granting Plaintiffs’ Motion to Issue Notice to all hourly-paid University Medical Center of Southern Nevada employees who fall within the statute of limitations.
